Pouteria Cladantha var. Amarela
Seeds were imported from Brazil. This is a rare species of Pouteria found in the Amazon. It was identified by a collector as Pouteria Cladantha, with yellow skin, The fruits are very sweet, and one of the best tasting pouteria species the collector has ever tasted. There is a good amount of pulp to flesh, and it is very juicy. The tree was a decent size, around 9 meters, but it could still be growing. I have been trying to get this species for a few years now, and finally got lucky enough to import a fresh viable batch. Seeds are viable and will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
