Eugenia Blastantha
Seeds were imported from Brazil. This plant has went by both Eugenia blastantha or Eugenia longipedunculata from what I was able to find online. It is a small tree or shrub growing to 2-5 meters tall. The trunk has a greyish bark, that peels slightly. It is endemic to the Pluvial Atlantic Forest, at altitudes of 0-1300 meters. The fruits are said to be extremely delicious and eaten out of hand. The plant can fruit in as little as three years, and is recommended highly for those who grow in containers or want to do Bonsai. Seeds are germinating and will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
