This plant was grown indoors, DO NOT put the tree out in full sun after unboxing. Keep in full shade for 1-3 months. If you are planning to put in full sun you should gradually introduce it to the sun. When you repot the plant, I use cactus soil bought at my local Lowe's. Regular potting soil should do just fine however. I have forgot to water my Citrus for weeks at a time, and it has been fine. However I would recommend watering it at least once a week, especially if it is kept out doors full time. If you do decide to keep it in doors, try and put it in a south facing window. I use an all purpose organic citrus fertilizer, also purchased at my local Lowe's, but you can use whatever you like.

Shipping & Returns

I will typically ship out items 1-2 business days after the payment comes through. Customer Service is Priority #1 for me! If you need me to hold a plant for whatever reason please reach out to me and let me know and I'd be happy to. I have no refunds listed as part of my policy, however, if a plant or seedling arrives damaged then please reach out to me and send me a photo of what happened. I am more than happy to send you another as a replacement or refund your money. Please do not hesitate to reach out about any concerns or questions you may have. Prior to shipping I always check the weather, especially during winter, to ensure it will arrive to you safely. If there is an issue with the plant once you receive it, please let us know within 24 hours. Wilted leaves and most other suspected issues will sort itself out once the plant gets a break from shipping, and reacclimatized to the new environment. I have a 10 day handling time, only as a safe guard in case I need to wait and ship it when the weather improves. There is no international shipping, only to the USA. There is a risk to ship to some states, such as Arizona and California. If you buy a plant from us, you are agreeing to take responsibility if the plant gets rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by your state. If the plant is compromised, we will not refund you your money. Lastly, please be aware of your local weather upon the date you purchase. If you win an item and would like for me to hold it for you until the weather is more suitable, I will hold it as long as you need. I do not mind to hold until the spring if you live farther north, just send us a message and let us know.
