Return Policy?
If you receive an item that is dead, damaged beyond repair, or if you are simply unsatisfied with an item, please reach out to us. Simply go to our support page, and send us a photo of the item and tell us what happened and we will make it right.
Which countries do you ship seeds to?
If you are located outside of the USA, we will attempt to ship to you. We only insure our seeds when the customer requests we use a phytosanitery certificate, or they have a seed import permit issued to them. If you have a permit or want a Phyto, it is important to email us to let us know so we can add it to the shipment. If you are outside of the USA and purchase seeds without a Phyto or import permit, and the seeds to not make it, we will NOT refund your order.
Where do you ship Plants?
We ship our plants to every State/Territory in the USA confidently EXCEPT for the state Arizona. If you live in Arizona, we will still attempt to ship you plants if you want. However, we will not be liable if your item does not make it to you. We do not ship outside of the USA.
Is every seed guaranteed to germinate?
No, germination rates vary. No seed is guaranteed to produce a plant. We do our best to package and sell only the most viable seeds. You will not be refunded for seeds that do not sprout.
Will you hold orders?
We will hold orders upon request. Please email us your name, order number, and what date you would like for us to ship your order instead. We will email you prior to shipping to ensure that it is appropriate to ship.
Where do you ship seeds?
We ship our seeds to every State/Territory in the USA with 100% confidence EXCEPT Arizona. If you live in Arizona, we will still attempt to ship you seeds if you want. However, we will not be liable if your seeds do not make it to you. We also ship seeds internationally.
Will seeds arrive already germinated?
In some cases you will have already germinated seeds. We ship the germinated seeds first if there are any. Seeds are not guaranteed to be germinated when they arrive to you.
