Seeds were imported from Indonesia. An extremely rare and large fruit growing wild in the Bornean rainforests. The fruits grow on a liana, which uses large rainforest trees as support. The edible pulp is reportedly very tasty and sweet, with a flavor reminiscent of orange sherbet having admirers ranking the fruits among the best in the world. Virtually unknown outside its native region. Cultivation information is not known, but would likely need tropical conditions for survival. Seeds are shipped in vermiculite.
