Prainea Limpato - GERMINATED

Seeds were imported from Indonesia. This is a specie that belongs to the Jackfruit family, a type of Latex plant. It is one of the strangest and coolest fruits to come out of Borneo Island. Seeds are soft, loosely embedded, and easy to pull out. Native to Southeast Asia. Also known as tampang susu in Malay. Seed surface is oily. Pulp tastes sweet with a bit of sourness and has a tropical aroma. Pods face outwards, and the skin is soft and edible. Ripened Kesusu is orange and yellow, resembling a star. Seeds are shipped in humid vermiculite.
