Pouteria spp Verde de Colombia

Seeds were imported from Colombia. This is a Sapotaceae recently found on the Colombian coast, possibly a Pouteria sp. Studies are being carried out to fully identify it. It is a tree that grows up to 15 meters high, it is very beautiful and can be used in landscaping as an ornamental. The fruit ripens to a green color, and contains up to 5 seeds. The flavor of this fruit is said to be excellent. The flavor is the same as the camino pouteria but with less latex. Seeds are viable and will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
