Pouteria Multiflora "Supreme”

Seeds were imported from Colombia. This specie was found in the Colombian forests at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. It is a tree up to 10 meters high and its wood is highly appreciated for its hardness and resistance. The fruit is orange when fully ripe and the pulp is also orange. It has a great seed to flesh ratio. This variety of multiflora portada stands out for its excellent flavor and because the pulp is soft and very pleasant to consume out of hand. This fruit was selected out of multiple Pouteria Multiflora trees for having the best fruit quality, and is being collected and spread to the biggest pouteria growers in Colombia. Seeds are viable and will be shipped in humid vermiculite.
