Seeds were imported from Indonesia. This very rare tropical rainforest evergreen tree, Belongs to the family Moraceae, Can grow up to 25 meters. Originates from northern Borneo, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Fruit is eaten raw, Bright orange flesh is very sweet, juicy, and aromatic. Typically takes 3 to 4 years to set fruit from seeds. This specie is regarded as one of the best Artocarpus to eat out of hand. Seeds are shipped in vermiculite.
