Seeds were imported from Brazil. This is a small, evergreen tree that grows from numerous branches located at the base. The tree will grow from 4-8 meters tall. The fruits are very unique, they have a long beak at the apex, with a smooth green skin, even when ripe. The pulp is white, and sweet. The fruits are collected to eat out of hand. The foliage is also unique for a pouteria, having thin long leafs as shown in the photos. When planting this tree, it prefers a sunny location, and they grow at a moderate rate.

If you get multiple plants, I would recommend separating them and potting them up as soon as you receive them. We are putting multiple plants in the pots to save you on shipping costs.
