This specie is found in the mountains and mountains of the Atlantic Forest around the Serra da Canastra in MG and throughout the montane forest of the Paraná River basin in SP, PR, Brazil. The species can be easily identified by observing the new shoots, which are copper in color, turning silver. This tree grows to 3-7 meters in height but should be able to be kept in a container for many years. The fruits have been reported to take like a sweet green pepper and apple and has a pleasant rose water scent. This specie has a lot of commercial potential.

We can ship up to five 4x4x6 containers for $15 total. For this specie you can get 1 or 2 plants in one 4x4x6 Container. If you get multiple plants, I would recommend separating them and potting them up as soon as you receive them. We are putting multiple plants in the pots to save you on shipping costs.
